 I can see your reasoning, but it boils down to you don't need it but you don't deserve it. In all honestly most people don't need much,, they only need a certain size home, so many clothes, so much food, water and electricity, they only need the  Baby Yoda Farmers Insurance Shamrock St. Patrick’s Day Shirt   minimum of a vehicle or none at all. In my opinion I don't think deserving something equates to needing it, I believe that if someone obtains it legally then it's their right to have it. Taking thing from people because they don't need it is a violation of one's basic human rights.
